FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Our studio is open for everyone regardless of age, background, and skill level.
No previous dance experience is required unless specifically indicated.
There is no age limit to our classes unless specifically indicated.
However, for your own safety we require parental consent if you are under 16. You will be asked to provide your parent's or guardian's contact information when booking with us. This information will only be used in case of emergency.
Our classes are open to all levels unless specifically indicated.
All of our bookings are done online on our scheduling system at www.arcscheduler.com.
Once the booking has gone through, you will receive an email confirmation with a unique QR code. Please show this QR code to our staff at entrance to check in.
For our K-Pop series, amendment to class booking can be made up to 72 hours before start of the class. No cancellation or refund is allowed.
Classes from other series including K-Fit and Pop Up are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Class passes are not transferable or refundable. We cannot refund for unused credit or extend the expiration date. See our PRICING page for more information on different types of class passes.

Our classes are non-refundable unless they are cancelled by us. If it is more than 72 hours to the class, you can request transfer to credit on your account on our website. We won't be able to offer you credit with less than 72 hours' notice. More on our class HERE.
You can register a free membership account by visiting the Member zone link HERE and click Join/ New Membership Registration .
You will be asked to fill in some basic information. Once submitted, your account is set. You will be able to log into your account and get access to our Member Zone and Rewards page.
Classes at ARC Studios are usually be filmed at the end of such classes. We will film in small groups on a voluntary basis or the whole class.
If you don't wish to participate in filming, please make it known to one of our team members in advance. If such request has not been made clear to us at time of filming, we are unable to take down or delete videos from our media platforms once uploaded. Our class videos will be uploaded on our social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, YouTube channel).
We encourage you to film yourself or ask someone to film for you if you want to have your own reference footage because we reserve all rights to our media materials including release and distribution.

Our class videos will be uploaded on Member Zone . Sign up or log in to see. We strive to upload videos within 7 days so please wait after this timeline to get in touch. It is at our discretion to share class videos so we encourage you to film yourself in the class if you want to have your own reference footage and don't have to wait for us!

Please make sure to log into your account when purchasing a class to have your points added. We unfortunately won't be able to add points retrospectively for any account if you check out as guest.
Our K-pop series are usually one-off classes and cover the main part (i.e. chorus). Depending on songs, we may cover the whole routine by breaking into multiple parts as necessary.
Outside food or water is not permitted inside our premises. Only bottled water or drinks are allowed.
Drinks and snacks are available for purchase at our studio - please ask our reception desk or one of our team members.
Comfortable clothes and shoes are recommended and depending on classes, additional preparations might be required such as knee protectors or heels.
There are storage units in the studio to store your personal belongings. However, ARC Studios is not responsible for any lost or stolen goods.
