STUDIO ARC CREATIVE LIMITED is a private limited company, with its registered office at 81-83 East Road, London N1 6AH, registered in England and Wales with company number 12653761 (“ARC Studios” or “the Company” or “we” and “us” and “our” shall be construed accordingly).

We are a creative studio with a focus on dance activities and performances. We run daily dance classes covering a wide range of styles from “traditional” styles such as hiphop / house, commercial, contemporary to “trendy” ones like K-pop. Unlike your traditional next-door dance studio, our offerings don't confine within the brick and mortar.
PART II. TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE / LEGAL STATEMENT
IMPORTANT! Please carefully read the following terms and conditions (“Terms”) governing your use (including access, browsing and/or use of any interactive features) of those portions of our website at www.arcdancestudio.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).
1 .PRIVACY
Please read our Privacy Policy, which governs the manner in which we will handle any personal information that you provide to us.
2. OWNERSHIP RIGHTS / USE OF SITE MATERIALS
STUDIO ARC Creative Limited is the owner of the Website's domain name. The Company owns the entirety of the Website, as well as its components and applications including on social network websites. We are the sole person authorised to use said intellectual property and related personality rights, brands, trademarks, models, creative works, software, databases, interpretations and image rights, whether through ownership or through a formal authorisation or license.
Any modification or use of the materials from the Website for any purpose not explicitly permitted is a violation of our copyright and other proprietary rights. No part of the Website may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any manner whatsoever, except for viewing purposes, without the prior written consent of ARC Studios. This prohibition also includes framing any content from the Website as well as unauthorised linking.
3. LIABILITY
ARC Studios undertakes to ensure the accuracy and updating of information published on the Website to the best of its ability, and reserves the right to correct or update content at any time and without prior notice. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, precision and comprehensiveness of information made available on the Website. Said information shall not constitute any guarantee or commitment by us with regard to the Internet user.
Use of and browsing in the Website are at your own risk. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Website. To the extent permitted by law and without limiting any of the foregoing, everything on the Website is provided to you on as “as is” basis, without warranty, freedom from computer virus, or non-infringement.
4. AMENDMENTS TO LEGAL TERMS
ARC Studios informs Internet users accessing the Website that these legal terms may be amended at any time. Such amendments shall be published online and shall be deemed accepted without reserve by any and all Internet users accessing the Website after said amendments have been published online.

PART III. PURCHASE / BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
These terms and conditions ("Terms") are the terms on which we sell the products and/or services to you. Please read these Terms carefully before ordering any products and/or services. By placing an order, you will be indicating your acceptance of the Terms and the Privacy Policy in force.
These Terms may be changed from time to time where it is necessary for us to do so for legal or regulatory reasons.
2. CLASS BOOKING AMENDMENT, CANCELLATION AND REFUND
2.1 AMENDMENT
For our K-Pop and Original series, we allow amendments to your booking in form of class credit or transfer to another class up to 72 hours prior to the start of class. Class credits and transfers are subject to the terms and conditions below.
Classes from other series including K-Fit and Pop Up are non-transferable and non-refundable.
2.2 NO-SHOW
No-show counts as ticket being used. No subsequent amendment is allowed. No credit will be provided for a no-show ticket.
2.3 CANCELLATION AND REFUND
We do not offer cancellation or refund once the booking has been made.
In the event where a class / an event is cancelled by us, you will be offered either a full refund or the option of being transferred to class credit for future use.
2.4 CLASS CREDIT AND TRANSFER
Class credits are valid for three (3) months from the date of transfer.
Credits are limited to one (1) transfer to another class of same or less value. No refund will be made for the difference if you decide to transfer to a class of lower value. We reserve the right to cancel your booking without refund if you exceed the transfer limit.
Credit transfer is only applicable to our K-pop and Original series.
Classes from other series including K-Fit and Pop Up are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Tickets cannot be transferred to another person.
PART IV. MEDIA AND COPYRIGHT POLICY
I. FILMING
Classes at ARC Studios are usually filmed at the end of class. We will film in small groups on a voluntary basis or the whole class.
If you don't wish to participate in filming, please make it known to one of our team members in advance. If such request has not been made clear to us at time of filming, we are unable to take down or delete videos from our media platforms once uploaded. Our class videos will be uploaded on our social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, YouTube channel).
We encourage you to film yourself or ask someone to film for you if you want to have your own reference footage because we reserve all rights to our media materials including release and distribution. See more about our Media and Copyright policies below.
II. MEDIA AND COPYRIGHT POLICY
We own the copyright of all media including photographs, audio or video recordings taken or filmed by us during the class duration. You will not receive any payments for such materials (including any edited versions thereafter) unless having been agreed otherwise by us. We reserve the rights to use all class materials for the promotion of ARC Studios. The photography / video / audio could be used in print and digital media formats, including (but not restricted to) print publications, websites, e-marketing, poster banners, advertising, film, social media, teaching and research purposes, either in an edited or non-edited format.
ARC Studios including its agents, officers, and employees have no legal responsibility for any liability, claims, demands, damages and expenses arising out of, or in connection with, the images, video recordings and / or audio (including, but not limited to, breaches of data protection, defamation and copyright.
All contents made by ARC Studios including any copyrights, inventions or patents created or obtained, in part or whole, belong to our company. Please do not use or distribute any part of our contents without having been authorised by us. Unauthorised usage or distribution of our content will be asked to be removed immediately or will result in formal legal actions by us.
PART V. DISCLAIMER
Any person who participates in dance classes provided by ARC Studios shall do so at your own risk.
By attending a class organised by ARC Studios, you are agreeing to the above and are certifying that you are in good health and have consulted a doctor as necessary before attending a class. You shall assume all risks involved, including but not limited to: all loss or stolen property, cost, claim, injury, consequential or incidental damage or liability sustained while participating. ARC Studios will not be held liable for any misfortune that may occur.
ARC Studios does not exclude or limit its liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability caused by our gross negligence; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products and services provided by us.
